This series draws inspiration from acne, transforming skin’s raised textures into jewelry. The polished silver echoes smooth skin and moonlight, while the red enamel dots recall blemishes as marks of growth. The rhythmic sequence of the necklace and rings mirrors both the cycle of breakouts and the waxing and waning of the moon.
By connecting bodily traces with lunar phases, the work reframes acne as more than a flaw—it becomes a record of hormonal rhythms, transformation, and vitality, as natural and cyclical as the moon itself.
